Mechanically sound – although there is a slight problem with the carburettor at the moment.

MOT: Expires June this year and we have done less the 200 miles since the last MOT.

There is surface rust around tops of wings and one patch on bottom of drivers door.

We have a spare engine, gearbox, stainless steel exhaust and several other small items – eg: gauges

First registered in 1998. This car is Silver Grey and is one of a very few with the additional front Fog lights. It has been looked after and has had what ever it needs. This means it now comes with an MOT until May 2014. It has had a new roof with heated rear glass window not the usual plastic. It has the upgraded gasket which should cure the common problem of the gaskets going. It has also had the timing belt replaced recently and a new water pump as well as upgraded brake pipes.

The interior boasts walnut venner to a high standard which are shown off to great effect by the two tone leather seating

First registered to its one previous owner in October 2005 and finished in X Power grey. Only 26000 miles from new
Power steering, air conditioning, Kenwood CD, Half leather trim, Front fogs and 17" Alloy wheels with new tyres.

Finished in Le Mans Green with green hood this top of the range TF comes with air conditioning, power steering,CD player, wind deflector etc. and a full history.
In the last 6 months it has had uprated head gasket, water pump, timing belts, stainless steel water pipes, full service and more at a cost of over £2000. All the bills are in the service pack.

Taxed and MOT'd untill the end of May 2011, only for sale due to our house move and loss of anywhere to keep her.
On the downside I have managed to scratch the nearside rear bumper whilst parking in the garage. I must be getting old!

MGTA

1939 MG TA. Partially rebuilt some years ago so not concours but a genuine example in generally in good condition. Finished in dark blue with matching mohair hood, full tonneau and full weather equipment.Converted to run on unleaded fuel by Brown & Gammons in 1999 and fitted stainless steel exhaust and luggage rack. New petrol tank recently fitted and dynamo reconditioned by Lucas. MOT until May

Originally used as a patrol car by Lancaster Constabulary in March 1939. Still retains its original engine and registration number.

Reluctant sale due to lack of use.

Sold through the site, it was sold locally but was seen as far away as Switzerland

Owned 10 years and garage stored. During that time a new unleaded head, re-con overdrive, new steering rack, new Clutch Slave Cylinder, new Master Brake Cylinder, new front discs, electronic ignition and anti-run on valve fitted. MOT until 29/10/09. Bodywork sound, a few dinks here and there. Double Duck Roof in very good condition and perspex windows very clear. Will come with half and full tonneau covers.

MG 'A' 1959. Originally a 1500cc but, when reimported from California, had been fitted with an early 3 bearing crank 1800cc 'B' engine which propels it along very well! A body off, bare-metal, restoration was carried out in the mid 90's (recorded on video)and it remains in excellent condition. Since then I have fitted a reconditioned radiator,new dynamo, new water pump,starter solenoid,Kenlowe fan,single 12 volt battery,new distributor, unleaded head and uprated the differential ratio rather than fitting a 5 speed gearbox. The original gearbox has also been reconditioned. the car is now very reliable and starts first time even after a month of resting! Photos on Glos MGOC website.
