Diary of Events
The Gloucestershire MG Owners Club thrives on its social activities and it runs many events during the year. The detailed calendar of future events is listed below. Its normal monthly meetings are held at the The Gala Club and start at 8:00 pm. Every one is welcome to come along and join the fun - you will be made very welcome. These are the Directions to the club.

Sunday 26th February 2012 Sunday Lunch - Ship Inn in Brimscombe This is the pub where Gloucestershire MG Owners club first met One course £9.45, two courses £9.95 and three courses £10.45 Starters Homemade soup Fruit Juice Mains Topside of Beef Leg of lamb Leg of Pork (All served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables) Nut Roast or Broccolli Bake as the vegetarian option Sweets Treacle sponge with cream or custard Bread and Butter pudding with cream or custard Apple and Caramel meltdown with cream or custard Banana split or Ice cream If you would like to go please Email me We will get there at 12:30 to eat at 1pm

Sunday 25th March 2012 Sunday Lunch - organisd by Janet and David Glew We have booked the same place as last year - The Dog and Muffler at Joyford Hill in the Forest - 12.30 for 1.00pm. I will get details of numbers at the February meeting and also bring details of how to find the place for those without satnavs.

Sunday 15th July 2012 Teddy Bears Picnic This is a social event which is open to all Members, families and friends. Essentially it is a picnic, with an optional 30 (ish!) mile run beforehand but people are welcome to attend the picnic without doing the run. Last year we had two families who dragged along three generations of their family. This exactly what we want! ALL cars arriving for the picnic and the run MUST have a Teddy on board! The first cars away on the run will be at 11:00 and the picnic will start at approximately 13:00. The picnic can go on all afternoon and will end only when everyone is bored. The venue is undecided at the moment. EVERYONE is welcome to do the run, no matter what they are driving. Especially welcome will be those who have not done a run before!
